About the Role Our client is a custom home builder, operating in the Residential Construction industry for several years and build homes all over Southwest, Western Sydney and surrounding areas. They are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Permits Coordinator to manage all permits and approvals throughout the pre-construction phase. Their product includes a mixture of contract homes, granny flats, house and land packages, knock down re-builds, dual-occupancy homes, and complete bespoke builds. The business has recently grown, and they are building over 150 projects across Sydney.
